PODCAST - Episodio 30: Hispanic Garaje

Durante la década de los 60s se produjo en México un maravilloso fenómeno de imitación de las grandes estrellas del rock and roll, el r&b y la música beat que llegaban desde EEUU o Gran Bretaña: a la sombra del éxito de Beatles, Rollings, Elvises, Beach Boys o Kinks, cientos de jóvenes decidieron matar el rato calzándose unas guitarras y encerrándose a ensayar en el garaje de casa de sus padres, dando lugar a un inabarcable y formidable movimiento musical, basado en la clonación de canciones con su consecuente adaptación de letras al castellano. Considerando este asunto lo suficientemente maravilloso por sí mismo, esta semana en REUNIÓN DE MAJORETTES hemos organizado un GUATEQUE SESENTERO muy especial, repleto de voces desgañitándose EN ESPAÑOL. Los más brillantes 'covers' de rock, surf o doowop hechos en México forman un asunto lo suficientemente trepidante como para dedicarle un programa entero, y aparcar, solo por unos días, el resto de géneros musicales y curiosidades que habitualmente desfilan por el programa.
